We've been great...just took a 6,311 mile, 15 day road trip with the family. We took the long way to Buffalo, NY and back to Cali for my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary...saw Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse (near Mt. Rushmore but much cooler), Sioux Falls, Pipestone (where the "Peace Pipe" came from), Niagara Falls, The Painted Desert & Petrified Forest, and a bunch of shit in between. We're getting back into our routines which means we're working on a bunch of different things.

Our lil' bro Lou (aka 2 Tense) is in St. Louis recording this weekend. His cousin Lofa Tatupu (Seahawk Middle Linebacker) set him up and is getting him hooked in. Hopefully he'll have some new material we can send your way.
Copyrights are easy - just Google Copyright & do it online if you can. Don't use any services you have to pay for.
Trademarks are not real difficult but you should get a lawyer. The only work the lawyer should have to do is some searches & fill in some blanks - no more than an hours worth of work - make sure you get their price quote up front. The government fees won't be negotiable but are not crippling.
